What I've Been Up To
It's been a while since I've posted, so I thought I'd give an update on what I've been up to since my last post.
I've been enjoying my nostalgia trip with Age of Conan and so far I've been able to find raids and groups with very friendly people. That was one of the things I was worried about upon returning to the game after four years and it was one of the reasons I left. When I left the game, I was bone tired of it from playing since it launched. It wasn't just that though- I was tired of the community being toxic, groups always demanded experienced players, so new blood really struggled. I am seeing some of it still, but it doesn't appear to be as bad. I also left the game because the company, Funcom, made some very idiotic decisions that really dumbed down the player base. I can still see the effects of it, but it seems to be less- I guess if the 300 or so players left want to keep playing- they HAVE to compromise. I've seen a few new people in this time, and a good amount of returning players.
Outside of revisiting a game, I've been doing resistance training and exercises to help strengthen my glutes and thighs- a must for hypermobility. I've also been baking a lot of bread. Today I'll be baking some garlic cheddar bread.
